Call Charges

• All UK calls are charged at the same rate as

normal phone calls. You pay more for 128k

access (two calls).

• If you have opted for an inclusive call allowance,

eligible calls include those made to Lo-Call

numbers (e.g. 0845), which are common

numbers for Internet access via Internet Service

Providers. Ineligible calls for inclusive call

allowances on Start Up and Call Plan are:

Operator controlled calls, calls to Premium Rate

services, non-geographic calls charged at

national rate (e.g. 0870, 0990), calls to mobile

networks, calls to Directory Enquiries (including

Chargecard calls), and Digital Select Service

facility fees.

Ineligible calls for inclusive call allowances on

BT Together for Business are: Operator

controlled calls, calls to Premium Rate services,

non-geographic calls charged at national rate

(e.g. 0990), calls to Directory Enquiries

(including Chargecard calls), calls made via the

CreditCall Service, calls to Information Services,

Chargecard calls via an operator, and Digital

Select Service facility fees.

Please also bear in mind that any unused call

allowances cannot be carried forward to your

next ISDN 2e bill.

• If you are billed monthly or the bill does not

cover the full quarterly period, your rental and

any associated call allowance will be reduced

pro rata.
