To delete your own outgoing

message and re-instate the pre-

recorded outgoing message via

the handset

Pick up the handset.

Press the  button twice.

Press the 8 button.

The prompt will announce,

“To play outgoing message,

press 2”.

Press the 2 button.

The selected outgoing message

that you wish to replace will

be played.

Press the 5 button to delete it.

Whilst your outgoing message

is being played you will hear a

confirmation beep, followed by

the voice prompt announcing

the default pre-recorded

outgoing message.

Press and hold the

✘ button to

return the handset to standby.
